Job Description

Project Leadership:

Lead new product development, manage design reviews, and act as project lead.

Design & Development:

Create designs (2D/3D CAD), simulate processes, design tools/fixtures, and ensure manufacturability, costing.

Testing & Validation:

Develop test plans, use rapid prototyping, validate samples, and troubleshoot production issues.

Quality & Compliance:

Ensure products meet customer specs, regulatory needs, and internal standards (APQP, FMEA).

Cross-functional Collaboration:

Work with manufacturing, QA, and customers for smooth product launch.

Documentation:

Prepare reports, work instructions, and APQP documents (PPAP, Risk Analysis).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,500.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
