We are looking for a dedicated

Assistant Engineer

to work in rotational shifts and oversee day-to-day operations and maintenance of plant machinery in our sugar manufacturing facility.

The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth functioning of equipment, minimizing downtime, and supporting plant operations as per safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor, operate, and maintain sugar plant machinery during assigned shifts Troubleshoot mechanical/electrical issues and coordinate timely repairs Assist in preventive and breakdown maintenance activities Ensure compliance with safety, operational, and quality norms Maintain shift logs, maintenance records, and equipment reports Coordinate with senior engineers, operators, and maintenance teams

Candidate Requirements

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or Instrumentation Engineering 1-3 years of experience in sugar industry or process plant preferred Willingness to work in rotational shifts Basic understanding of boilers, turbines, milling, and auxiliary equipment Strong problem-solving skills and hands-on approach
