Job Description

a) Coordinate with client and the contractors appointed by client for execution of work water supply schemes to monitor construction work as per the schedule of each works.

b) Monitor progress with reference to pre-fixed targets drawn up jointly with the Contractors and furnish monthly progress reports in the formats as decided in consultation with the MPJN.

c) To direct contractor to take all necessary steps to maintain the rate of progress of works as per the approval programme.

d) Guiding team of Field Engineers to approve setting out of the works layout, to verify the drawings of the contractor, quality control & Quality assurance procedures, etc.

e) Ensure monitoring and checking of day to day works ongoing on the site, and issue monthly/interim payment certificates.

f) To direct contractor to take all necessary steps to maintain the rate of progress of works as per the approval programme.
