Qualifications- ITI (Electrician) / Diploma in Electrical

Key Responsibilities

? Assist in installing and maintaining electrical systems, including motors, control panels,

power distribution boards, and lighting.

? Help in wiring, connecting, and testing equipment such as pumps, heaters, and conveyors.

? Support the installation and maintenance of explosion-proof electrical fittings in solvent-handling areas.

? Help diagnose electrical faults under the guidance of the Electrician.

? Assist in repairing electrical equipment, such as motors, circuit breakers, and wiring.

? Provide basic maintenance support for systems like PLCs, VFDs, and switchgear.

? Participate in routine inspections of electrical systems and equipment to ensure efficient operation.

? Assist in maintaining the grounding systems and static charge protection in solvent-

handling zones.

? Adhere to all safety protocols, especially in hazardous solvent areas, to prevent accidents.

? Follow instructions related to electrical safety practices, including proper use of tools and PPE.

? Report potential risks or unsafe conditions to the Electrician or Maintenance Supervisor.

? Maintain records of tasks performed, including daily checklists and maintenance logs.

? Report any issues or abnormalities encountered during work to the Electrician or

supervisor.

? Work closely with the Electrician and other maintenance staff to ensure smooth plant

operations.

? Assist in coordinating with the production team to minimize downtime during maintenance activities.

? Basic knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and tools.

? Familiarity with industrial equipment like motors, pumps, and control panels.

? Ability to understand and follow electrical diagrams and instructions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?22,000.00 per month
