Design, develop, and implement electrical systems for residential, commercial, and mixed-use real estate projects.
Conduct site assessments to ensure electrical systems meet building codes, safety standards, and sustainability goals.
Work closely with architects, contractors, and other engineers to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems with overall building design.
Prepare electrical design plans, specifications, and cost estimates.
Oversee the installation, maintenance, and inspection of electrical systems during construction.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to electrical safety and energy efficiency.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance during project execution and after completion.
Monitor energy usage and recommend energy-saving solutions.
Lead or assist with quality control and safety procedures on-site.
Stay up to date with new technologies and advancements in electrical engineering and construction methods.
