You'll deliver hands-on science and maths learning to students, empower teachers through orientations and workshops, create activity-aligned content, and be the primary support contact for partner schools using ThinkTac programs.
Key responsibilities
Conduct engaging, activity-based sessions for children (Grades K-10) in science and maths--onsite or online.
Lead teacher orientations and professional-development workshops; model facilitation best practices.
Create and refine learning materials: lesson plans, activity guides, assessments, and facilitator notes.
Provide customer support to partner schools: schedule sessions, resolve queries, collect feedback, and ensure smooth implementation.
Track session data and learning outcomes; share timely reports internally and with schools.
Manage basic logistics: prep materials/kits, AV setup, and classroom readiness.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Science/Mathematics/Education (Master's preferred).
1-3 years of classroom facilitation or teacher-training experience (fresh, high-aptitude graduates also considered).
Strong communication in English and at least one regional language; confident presenter.
Comfort with basic tech tools (Slides/Docs/Spreadsheets; video-conferencing).
Willingness to travel within the city/region to partner schools.
Nice to have
Experience creating curriculum or activity-based content.
Prior work with enquiry-based or experiential learning programs.
