Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced

Assistant Dyeing Master

with strong expertise in

Nylon Dyeing

and hands-on experience in operating and managing

CBR dyeing machines

. The candidate will support production activities, ensure quality standards, and supervise the dyeing process effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily dyeing operations with a focus on nylon fabrics. Operate and monitor

CBR dyeing machines

for consistent quality output. Ensure proper recipe implementation, shade matching, and process control. Supervise dyeing team, maintain discipline, and ensure productivity. Troubleshoot dyeing/processing issues and minimize rejections. Maintain records of production, chemicals, and dye usage. Work closely with quality and production teams for process improvement.

Qualifications & Skills:

Diploma/Degree in Textile Technology or equivalent. In-depth knowledge of

nylon dyeing processes & dye chemistry

. Strong experience in

CBR machine handling & maintenance

. Ability to manage workforce and production schedules. Problem-solving skills with a quality-focused mindset.

Experience:

Minimum

5 years of relevant experience

in Nylon Dyeing & CBR machines.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
