ey Responsibilities
M

aintain and organize engineering drawings, technical reports, contracts, and correspondence in accordance with project protocols. T
rack and manage document versions, approvals, and distribution using document control systems. E
nsure all documentation complies with client and regulatory standards, including ISO and QA/QC requirements. S
upport contract management by maintaining records of contract amendments, RFIs, change orders, and deliverables. A
ssist in preparing documentation packages for client submissions, audits, and project milestones. C
oordinate with engineers, project managers, and legal teams to ensure timely document flow and approvals. H
elp implement and refine document control procedures to improve efficiency and compliance. Q
ualifications

equired:

iploma or bachelor's degree in business administration, or a related field. S
trong organizational skills and attention to detail. G
ood written and verbal communication skills. A
bility to handle confidential and contractual information with discretion. P

referred:

- 5 years of experience in engineering or infrastructure projects. F
amiliarity with contract documentation and project lifecycle. E
xposure to document control platforms (e.g., Aconex, SharePoint, ACC, ProjectWise etc). T

roficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). B
