We are looking for experienced and result-oriented Assistant Directors - Schools to oversee and support the academic and operational performance of CBSE and State Board schools across multiple locations. The role involves working closely with Principals and leadership teams to ensure consistent implementation of curriculum standards, compliance requirements, and organizational best practices.
This position requires extensive travel (approximately 40%) across schools located in Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, and other assigned regions.
Key Responsibilities
Provide academic and operational oversight to CBSE and State Board schools across assigned locations.
Support Principals in effective implementation of CBSE and respective State Board curricula, academic calendars, and assessment practices.
Conduct regular school visits to review teaching quality, discipline, student welfare, and compliance standards.
Monitor lesson plans, classroom observations, assessments, and academic outcomes across schools.
Guide school leadership teams on board-specific norms, inspections, audits, and statutory compliance.
Identify academic and operational gaps and drive corrective and improvement action plans.
Mentor Principals, Vice Principals, and senior staff to strengthen leadership capability.
Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management of school leadership teams.
Strengthen parent engagement, student retention, and school culture initiatives.
Coordinate with central teams on admissions, enrolment growth, branding, and community outreach.
Ensure adherence to budgets, infrastructure standards, safety norms, and operational guidelines.
Act as a key liaison between school leadership and central management, providing regular reviews and reports.
Requirements
Master's Degree with B.Ed (mandatory).
10-15 years of experience in the education sector, with leadership exposure in CBSE and/or State Board schools.
Strong understanding of CBSE and State Board curriculum frameworks, examinations, and compliance requirements.
Proven ability to manage and mentor leadership teams across multiple schools.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Willingness and ability to travel extensively (~40%) across multiple states.
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in English; knowledge of regional languages is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
