Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate closely with the Director to plan and execute video shoots for various brands and projects across different South Indian languages. Assist in pre-production tasks, including script development, location scouting, and casting. Coordinate on-set activities, ensuring a smooth and efficient production process. Direct and guide the production team, including actors and crew, to achieve the desired vision. Ensure that all video content adheres to the brand's identity and messaging. Monitor and maintain production schedules and budgets. Stay updated with industry trends and creative techniques to enhance storytelling.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Film, Media, or a related field is an added advantage. Previous experience as an Assistant Director or related role in video production. Proficiency in South Indian languages and cultures. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.
