We are looking for an Assistant Director who can help plan and manage
Reels shoots, concept videos, and branding content
.
Responsibilities
Plan concepts, scripts, shot lists, and basic story ideas.
Coordinate shoots, locations, talents, and schedules.
Manage on-set activities and ensure smooth shoot flow.
Guide actors/models/anchors during the shoot.
Maintain continuity and make sure every shot matches the concept.
Work closely with the cameraman and creative team.
Hand over footage to editors with notes and instructions.
Review edited videos and ensure they match brand style.
Keep track of deadlines and shoot calendars.
Skills Required
Good understanding of Reels trends and short video content.
Basic knowledge of camera angles, framing, and lighting.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks during shoots.
Creative thinking and quick problem-solving.
Preferred
Experience in short video shoots, ad shoots, or branding content.
Understanding of editing basics and transitions.
