Job Title: Assistant Director Intern

Month 1: Unpaid

Month 2 & 3: Performance-based stipend

We are looking for a passionate and creative Assistant Director Intern to support our directing team in planning, shooting, and post-production activities. This internship is ideal for individuals who want hands-on experience in filmmaking and content production.

Responsibilities:

Assist the Director during shoots and production planning

Coordinate with camera, editing, and production teams

Help in script breakdowns and shot planning

Manage shooting schedules and on-set activities

Ensure smooth communication between departments

Support post-production coordination when required

Requirements:

Strong interest in filmmaking and direction

Basic understanding of film/video production

Good communication and coordination skills

Ability to work on set and handle pressure

Willingness to learn and take creative feedback
