designing strategy, managing key client relationships, leading high-performing teams, and overseeing the design and delivery of innovative training programs
for corporates, professionals, and institutions.
Key Responsibilities
? Develop and execute strategies to grow the professional upskilling business unit.
? Drive business development efforts and establish strong partnerships with corporates, academic institutions, and industry bodies.
? Oversee end-to-end execution of training programs, ensuring delivery excellence and client satisfaction.
? Lead, mentor, and empower business development and operations teams.
? Identify market trends and unlock new opportunities in the corporate training and upskilling space.
? Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to co-create industry-relevant training solutions.
? Drive revenue growth through client acquisition, retention, and strategic alliances.
? Monitor KPIs, budgets, and performance reporting for the division.
? Represent Edubex at industry events, conferences, and professional forums.
Requirements
? Minimum 12 years of experience in
Business Development, Corporate Training, EdTech, or Professional Services
.
? Demonstrated track record of scaling business units and achieving measurable growth.
? Strong strategic thinking, execution, and problem-solving abilities.
? Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
? Established network with corporates, training institutions, and industry associations.
? Proven leadership in managing large teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
? Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
