The opportunity AIML Solution architect role is part of Service Excellence Automation team. The individual should lead and do the solution architecture and engineering support for solutions in the field of Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning, Text Analytics and enterprise integrations. Your key responsibilities

• Hands-on experience in building NLP, Machine Learning (Deep Learning), Statistical Learning & Deep Learning models with python programming.
• Hands-on experience in Python Programming, R Programming, scikit learn, tensor flow, Keras, pandas, numpy, NLTK, Gensim, Spacy along with experience in driving business intelligence with POWER BI
• Deploy AI solutions to production,
• Lead a team of data scientists
• Understand the As-IS process and create To-Be process diagrams
• Ability to Create Project Sprint plans, Effort estimation plans, resource planning
• Interact with different teams as needed as part of the solution implementation process
• Skilled in change management \xe2\x80\x93 foresee changes in plans, project scope etc.
• Ability to break down project into smaller modules and integrate them during implementation
• Ability to Lead Governance calls and provide on-time updates
• Ability to understand and analyse business requirements by working with various stakeholders and create the appropriate information architecture, taxonomy and solution approach
• Ability to work within an Agile team, effectively manage individual tasks, communicate progress to leadership team, and effectively contribute to the overall team success.

Skills and attributes for success How your skills and experience will make an impact: To qualify for the role, you must have

• History of working credibly with development teams and delivering custom solutions on the SharePoint platform
• Adapts personal communication style to the style of others, develops rapport and stays calm under pressure or escalating issues using advanced oral and written English communication skills.
• Strong verbal and written skills including strong cross-cultural communication and the ability to draft effective communications
• Ability to work with people in a variety of cultures, countries and time zones
• Utilizes all aspects of Emotional Intelligence to navigate the interactions and complexities of the business environment and drive leadership performance in oneself and in others.
• Bachelor or Master\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or other relevant degree

Ideally, you\xe2\x80\x99ll also have

• Brings proven expertise in the portfolio
• Approximately 12 or 15 years of experience in a comparable role.
• Problem solving skill, costing, technology-based solution with deals and offerings
