We're looking for a

dynamic and creative Assistant Digital Marketing Manager

to join our marketing team and lead digital initiatives across our renowned hospitality brands --

The ideal candidate should be passionate about digital trends, have a strong understanding of social media, and know how to drive online visibility and engagement for hospitality brands.

Key Responsibilities:



Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, Google, and other online platforms. Manage and grow brand presence on

Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube

, and other relevant channels. Coordinate with the creative and operations teams to develop content calendars, campaigns, and promotional strategies. Optimize digital ad spend (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.) for lead generation, brand awareness, and ROI. Analyze performance data, prepare reports, and share insights for improvement. Oversee the website content, SEO/SEM, and ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms. Collaborate with influencers and digital partners for brand collaborations and campaigns. Monitor competitors' digital activities and suggest innovative strategies. Support brand campaigns and launches for new outlets or menu promotions.

. Hands-on experience with

Meta Business Suite, Google Ads Manager

, and basic content tools (Canva, Photoshop preferred). Creative thinker with excellent written and visual communication skills. Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and work in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Good coordination with internal teams, designers, agencies, and vendors.

Qualification & Experience:



Bachelor's degree in

Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field

. 2-4 years of experience in

digital marketing

, preferably in the

hospitality, F&B, or hotel industry

. Experience handling multiple brands or outlets will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹62,501.96 per month
