- Roles and Responsibilities
The Digital Marketing Manager will oversee the company's complete digital ecosystem, including paid ads, social media, SEO, OTAs, brand reputation, collaborations, and performance tracking across all properties.
1. Digital Strategy & Brand Management
Develop and execute end-to-end digital marketing strategies.
Maintain and strengthen brand image, tone, and online reputation.
Ensure all marketing communication aligns with brand guidelines.
Plan campaigns for festive seasons, events, launches, and promotions.
2. Performance Marketing (Paid Advertising)
Plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads.
Track KPIs: CTR, CPC, CPA, conversions, ROAS, and ROI.
Conduct A/B testing on creatives, captions, targeting, and audiences.
Manage and optimize ad budgets for maximum returns.
Implement retargeting and remarketing strategies.
3. Social Media & Content Management
Manage daily posting, engagement, DMs, comments, and inquiries.
Create content calendars and campaign plans.
Coordinate with designers and videographers for reels, trends, and campaigns.
Handle influencer and collaboration inquiries professionally.
4. SEO, Website & OTA Management
Coordinate with SEO teams and web developers to improve website rankings.
Optimize website content, blogs, and landing pages.
Manage OTA listings (MakeMyTrip, Booking.com, Airbnb, etc.), including:
Pricing, offers, promotions, and visibility
Issue resolution and support coordination
Monitoring reviews and rankings
Perform regular checks/dummy bookings when required.
5. Reputation & Review Management
Monitor and respond to Google and OTA reviews.
Handle negative feedback tactfully and escalate internally when required.
Work towards improving ratings, reviews, and customer trust.
6. Influencer, Media & Collaboration Management
Identify, onboard, and manage influencers, bloggers, event planners, and media partners.
Negotiate deliverables, timelines, and collaborations.
Track campaign performance and ROI.
Explore sponsorships and brand promotion opportunities.
7. Reporting, Analytics & Insights
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
Track ad spend, marketing expenses, leads, and conversions.
Share actionable insights and recommendations with management.
8. Vendor, Outsourced Team & Leadership Management
Coordinate with SEO agencies, web developers, videographers, freelancers, and external vendors.
Ensure quality control, timelines, and deliverables.
Lead and guide the internal marketing team.
Handle conflicts, assign tasks, and maintain productivity.
9. Internal Coordination & Problem Solving
Coordinate with operations, front office, and management teams.
Resolve platform or OTA issues by directly contacting support teams.
Act as a bridge between management, marketing, and operations.
Support teams during high-priority campaigns and events.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong understanding of digital marketing, paid ads, branding, and analytics.
Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and social platforms.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to manage multiple properties and brands simultaneously.
