Job Description

Exp : 2 to 4 years (1 year in Real Estate background mandatory)



Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with project sales goals.

Collaborate with sales, CRM, and leadership teams to align marketing campaigns with revenue targets.

Plan and manage multi-channel marketing calendars for residential and commercial real estate projects.

Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities

Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn) focused on qualified lead generation.

Optimize CPC, CTR, CPL, and ROI across campaigns to maximize conversions and minimize cost.

Manage landing page optimization, A/B testing, and integration with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, LeadSquared, HubSpot).

Drive organic traffic through on-page and off-page SEO strategies.

Oversee website development & updates ensuring SEO-friendliness, fast load times, and mobile optimization.

Track keyword performance and ensure top ranking for branded and non-branded project keywords.

Strategize and supervise high-quality content for blogs, social media, video, and email campaigns.

Build a strong digital presence for projects and corporate branding across all digital platforms.

Collaborate with creative teams for project brochures, walk-through videos, virtual tours, etc.

Plan and manage organic and paid social media campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

Build community engagement and brand reputation through timely, interactive, and value-driven content.

Monitor campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, Google Data Studio, etc.

Generate weekly/monthly performance reports to assess campaign success and guide decision-making.

Use heatmaps, funnel analysis, and user journeys to optimize digital touchpoints.

Allocate and manage digital marketing budgets across channels to ensure ROI.

Coordinate with agencies, media planners, influencers, and tech vendors to execute campaigns effectively.

Ensure timely execution of marketing assets, creatives, and campaign deliverables.

Leverage marketing automation tools for nurturing leads (email drip campaigns, SMS, WhatsApp).

Integrate and troubleshoot lead flow between platforms (CRM, landing pages, ad accounts).

Implement retargeting strategies to recapture lost leads and improve conversions.

Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
