Maintain housekeeping desk operations and act as the central communication point.
Update room status (occupied, vacant, cleaned, inspected) in the system promptly.
Coordinate and relay guest requests, complaints, and special instructions to housekeeping staff.
Prepare daily assignment sheets for room attendants and supervisors.
Track inventory of linen, amenities, and cleaning supplies.
Communicate with Front Office regarding room readiness and priorities.
Handle lost & found documentation as per policy.
Ensure accurate record-keeping and maintain cleanliness of the desk area.
