Job Responsibilities:



1. Recruitment & Manpower Planning:



Oversee end-to-end recruitment process for staff, workers, and managerial positions. Collaborate with department heads to forecast manpower requirements and prepare recruitment plans. Manage coordination with recruitment agencies, job portals, and educational institutions for talent acquisition. Ensure timely onboarding and induction of new employees.

2. Employee Relations & Engagement:



Maintain healthy employee relations across all levels of the organization. Handle grievances, disciplinary actions, and employee counseling as per company policy. Plan and execute employee engagement activities to enhance motivation and retention.

3. Statutory Compliance



Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws (Factories Act, PF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc.). Coordinate with government authorities and auditors for inspections and documentation. Maintain and update HR policies, records, and statutory registers.

4. Performance Management:



Support implementation of performance appraisal systems and KPI-based evaluations. Assist in training need analysis and coordinate for employee development programs.

5. Payroll & Attendance Management:



Supervise payroll processing and ensure accuracy in attendance and leave records. Handle wage settlements, increments, and related documentation.

6. HR Strategy & Reporting:



Support HR Manager in developing and executing HR strategies aligned with business goals. Prepare and present HR reports and dashboards to management.
