The clinic offers comprehensive dental services including General Dentistry, Endodontics, Prosthodontics, Periodontics, Orthodontics, Cosmetic Dentistry, and Preventive Care. Role Overview We are seeking a motivated and clinically competent Assistant Dentist who is interested in working under a profit-sharing model rather than a fixed salary structure. This role is ideal for dentists who wish to grow clinically, build their patient base, and earn directly based on their contribution and productivity. The Assistant Dentist will work closely with the Chief Dentist and clinic team to deliver high standards of patient care while contributing to the overall growth of the practice. Key Responsibilities Clinical Responsibilities Perform general dental procedures including: Dental examinations and diagnosis Scaling and polishing Restorative procedures (fillings) Root canal treatments (based on experience) Simple extractions Assist or perform advanced procedures as per skill level and authorization Maintain accurate clinical records and treatment documentation Ensure adherence to sterilization, infection control, and clinical protocols Patient Management Explain treatment plans, procedures, and post-treatment care to patients Build long-term patient trust through ethical practice and clear communication Follow up with patients for ongoing and completed treatments Practice & Growth Support Contribute to increasing clinic revenue through quality care and patient retention Support cross-selling of appropriate dental treatments (ethically and clinically justified) Collaborate with the clinic team for smooth daily operations Profit-Sharing Structure Compensation will be based on a pre-agreed percentage of revenue generated by the Assistant Dentist Revenue share applies to treatments personally performed by the Assistant Dentist No fixed monthly salary is offered Detailed profit-sharing terms will be finalized and documented during onboarding Eligibility & Qualifications BDS degree from a recognized dental college Valid State Dental Council registration 0-3 years of clinical experience (freshers with strong clinical skills may apply) Willingness to work on a performance-linked earning model Ethical, patient-focused, and growth-oriented mindset Preferred Skills Good diagnostic and clinical decision-making skills Strong communication and patient-handling abilities Willingness to learn advanced procedures and technologies Team-oriented attitude and professional discipline What We Offer Opportunity to earn based on performance without income caps Access to an established patient base Mentorship and clinical guidance Exposure to advanced dental treatments and modern equipment Long-term association potential based on performance
