Job Title: Bollywood Dance Instructor (Online | Work From Home)
About the Role
Our online dance academy, headquartered in New Delhi, is expanding rapidly and we're looking for enthusiastic Bollywood instructors to join our team. We teach students across India, the UK, USA, Canada, Europe, and other regions--kids as young as four and adult women who love learning Bollywood from home.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys teaching, connects well with learners of different ages, and feels truly at home dancing to Bollywood music.
What You'll Do
You'll be leading live online sessions--both one-on-one and group--designed to be energetic, interactive, and easy to follow. Each student has different strengths and comfort levels, so you'll adapt your teaching style to match their pace. For children, the focus is on fun and creative engagement. For adults, the aim is confidence, expression, and fitness through Bollywood dance.
Key responsibilities include:
Teaching structured Bollywood dance classes online.
Modifying choreography or lesson flow to suit each learner.
Creating a warm, positive, and motivating class environment.
Offering simple, clear feedback to help students grow.
Ensuring classes run smoothly with good communication and punctuality.
Who We're Looking For
Strong foundation in Bollywood dance.
2-4 years of experience teaching dance (online teaching experience is a plus).
Comfortable conducting sessions for both kids and adults.
Good English communication skills.
Must have a stable internet connection, laptop, and proper audio setup for music.
Work Schedule
We offer flexible hours throughout the week and weekends. Instructors usually teach 4-5 hours a day depending on their availability. Both part-time and full-time options are open.
