You will work closely with our team of Art Producers and Director to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality art initiatives and collaborations. Responsibilities: \xe2\x96\xaaAssist in coordinating and managing art projects from inception to completion, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met. \xe2\x96\xaaCollaborate with artists and other creative professionals to facilitate communication, logistics, and project requirements. \xe2\x96\xaaAssist in overseeing the production process, including artwork preparation, framing, printing, and installation. \xe2\x96\xaaAssist in monitoring and maintaining project budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring cost efficiency. \xe2\x96\xaaCoordinate with galleries, exhibition spaces, and other venues to secure necessary permits, logistics, and exhibition setup. \xe2\x96\xaaMaintain accurate records, prepare progress reports, and document project details for internal use. \xe2\x96\xaaStay informed about industry trends, emerging artists, and relevant market developments to contribute fresh ideas and insights to projects. \xe2\x96\xaa Provide assistance during art events, openings, and exhibitions, ensuring smooth operations and an exceptional guest experience. \xe2\x96\xaaCollaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to align project objectives and deliver cohesive outcomes. Qualifications: \xe2\x96\xaaPrior experience in art coordination, gallery administration, or project management is mandatory. \xe2\x96\xaaA degree in Art, Art History, Fine Arts, Curatorial studies or a related field is preferred. \xe2\x96\xaa A genuine interest in and knowledge of contemporary art, art history, and the art industry is essential. \xe2\x96\xaa Strong organisational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines. \xe2\x96\xaa Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams. \xe2\x96\xaa Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated and independent when necessary.
