Key Responsibilities
Prepare and process client bills accurately using billing software/POS.
Handle payments through cash, card, UPI, and digital methods.
Maintain proper records of daily sales, collections, and reports.
Assist in front desk operations including appointment scheduling and client coordination.
Welcome clients warmly and ensure a seamless check-in/check-out experience.
Support the Spa Manager in administrative and reporting tasks.
Maintain transparency, confidentiality, and accuracy in financial transactions.
Coordinate with the accounts team for reconciliation and monthly reporting.
Requirements
Previous experience in billing/cashier/front desk role (spa, salon, or hospitality preferred).
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, billing software, POS).
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and record-keeping skills.
Good communication, presentation, and client service abilities.
Professional, trustworthy, and well-groomed.
