At Modern India Limited, were looking for an experienced and dedicated
Assistant Manager, CRM
to be a key player in managing customer relationships and enhancing the customer experience across our premium real estate projects.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Manage the entire customer life cycle for multiple premium residential projects, from post-sales to possession.
2. Oversee customer accounts, including documentation, recovery processes, and coordinating with financial institutions for loan processing and follow-ups.
3. Address customer escalations, resolve complaints, and provide consistent support and communication to ensure customer satisfaction.
4. Maintain and monitor project-related documentation, such as demand notes, receipts, and NOCs.
5. Collaborate with internal teams (Legal, Accounts, Finance, and Site Engineers) to handle payment processing, legal matters, audits, and project updates.
6. Prepare and update daily, weekly, and monthly reports on project payment schedules, booking statuses, and customer accounts.
7. Support the audit process, RERA compliance, and assist in legal registration procedures.
8. Ensure MIS tracking and reporting for CRM-related data, ensuring accurate project and client information.
Experience:
Minimum 5-7 years of CRM experience in the real estate sector.
Requirements:
1. Bachelors degree in Commerce or related field.
2. Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and ERP/CRM software such as Oracle and Tally.
3. Strong communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
4. Knowledge of RERA compliance and related CRM legalities.
5. Ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams.
