Job Description

We are seeking an Assistant Credit Control Executive in FMCG industry to manage credit operations, ensure timely collections, and maintain healthy receivables. The role involves monitoring customer credit, reducing outstanding dues, and supporting smooth cash flow for the business.

Responsibilities:



Monitor accounts receivable and ensure timely collection of payments. Review and evaluate customer credit limits and payment terms. Follow up with clients for overdue payments and resolve disputes. Maintain accurate customer ledgers and reconcile accounts. Prepare periodic reports on outstanding balances and credit performance. Support finance team in audits, MIS, and cash flow planning.

Skills Required:



Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. 3-5 years' experience in credit control/collections, preferably in FMCG. Strong knowledge of credit management, accounting principles, and ERP systems. Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting. Good communication and negotiation skills. Analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive in resolving issues. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
