We are seeking a dynamic and motivated

Assistant Corporate Trainer

with 2 years of experience and an MBA to support the design, delivery, and evaluation of corporate training programs. The ideal candidate will assist in facilitating learning sessions, developing training materials, and ensuring employee skill enhancement aligned with organizational goals.

Required Skills & Competencies:



Strong communication and presentation skills. Knowledge of instructional design and adult learning principles. Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and LMS tools. Ability to engage and motivate trainees. Analytical skills to assess training impact. Time management and organizational abilities.
