The Assistant Coordinator supports the execution and coordination of daily operations, administrative tasks, and departmental projects. This role ensures seamless communication between teams, maintains records, and helps drive efficiency in day-to-day functions.
Assist in organizing and coordinating activities and resources for projects, events, or daily operations.
Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation.
Support team communications through email, calls, and follow-ups.
Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutes.
Assist in tracking deadlines, deliverables, and status reports.
Liaise with internal departments and external vendors as needed.
Help manage supplies, logistics, and office requirements.
Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, photocopying, and document handling.
