. The candidate should have hands-on experience in cooking, food preparation, and maintaining kitchen hygiene.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in preparing and cooking South Indian meals (dosa, idli, vada, sambar, chutney, etc.)
Support the head cook in daily kitchen operations
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen
Handle chopping, grinding, and other prep work
Ensure timely preparation and quality of food
Requirements:
Prior experience in South Indian cuisine (hotel/restaurant background preferred)
Basic knowledge of kitchen operations and food hygiene
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Team player with a positive attitude
Education:
Basic education preferred (Culinary certification is an advantage)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
