Job Title: Assistant Cook (Indian & Chinese) Responsibilities: Cut and prepare vegetables, meat, and other ingredients Cook basic Indian dishes (curries, dal, rice, paratha, sabzi, biryani, etc.) Cook Chinese items (fried rice, noodles, Manchurian, chili dishes, soups, etc.) Help the main cook in daily kitchen work Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen Store ingredients properly and reduce wastage Requirements: Must know cutting and cooking for Indian & Chinese food Previous kitchen or cooking experience preferred No education required Should be disciplined, fast, and willing to follow instructions Ready to work in shifts and handle rush hours.
