We are looking for a dedicated Assistant Cook to support our kitchen team in preparing high-quality food for events and daily catering operations.
Responsibilities:
Assist the main cook in food preparation and cooking.
Cut, clean, and prepare ingredients as per menu requirements.
Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen at all times.
Support in packing, portioning, and arranging dishes for service.
Ensure proper storage of raw materials and cooked items.
Follow food safety and company standards.
Help in cleaning utensils, equipment, and workstations.
Requirements:
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a kitchen or catering setup.
Basic knowledge of cooking methods and ingredients.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Good teamwork and communication skills.
Willingness to work flexible hours during events.
