Key Responsibilities:
Assist in preparing cakes, pastries, breads, cookies, and desserts
Support the head baker in daily production and decoration work
Measure and mix ingredients as per recipes
Maintain kitchen hygiene and cleanliness
Ensure proper storage of baking ingredients and finished products
Requirements:
Experience in bakery operations (hotel or commercial bakery preferred)
Basic knowledge of baking techniques and tools
Attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
Team-oriented and willing to learn new techniques
Education:
Basic education preferred; certification in Bakery & Confectionery is an advantage
