We are seeking a skilled

Assistant Cook - Bakery

to support our bakery team in preparing a variety of baked goods and desserts. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in a hotel or bakery setup and a passion for baking.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in preparing cakes, pastries, breads, cookies, and desserts Support the head baker in daily production and decoration work Measure and mix ingredients as per recipes Maintain kitchen hygiene and cleanliness Ensure proper storage of baking ingredients and finished products

Requirements:

Experience in bakery operations (hotel or commercial bakery preferred) Basic knowledge of baking techniques and tools Attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately Team-oriented and willing to learn new techniques

Education:

Basic education preferred; certification in Bakery & Confectionery is an advantage
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
