Location : (India-Remote)

Experience Required : Minimum 7 years of relevant experience.

CPA with knowledge of Indian Accounting standards OR a Chartered Accountant from India who has or is

working in US and should have working knowledge of India too.

Preferably need proficiency and enough exposure to US as well as Indian GAAP, and way of working in

both countries. Familiarity with Canadian GAAP or international standards would be nice to have. Candidate

needs to have at least 7 years of experience with most if not all of the below:


1. Managing AP, AR, Payroll, Cash and Gen Ledger or an Accounting team

2. Coordination for Taxes, Audits and Compliance

3. Consolidation and Transfer pricing

4. Budgeting and Reporting including setting up new processes or improvements in the processes for

the same

5. Overall reasonable knowledge of USGAAP, Indian GAAP and Canadian Accounting Standards

6. Set up Policies and procedures to improve the company performance.
