Responsible for preparing work orders, managing contractor workflow, and handling contract terms/clauses for smooth execution of civil & infra projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Draft and issue work orders/contracts with correct terms & conditions.
Ensure compliance with BOQs, drawings, and project requirements.
Coordinate with project, purchase, and finance teams.
Monitor contractor performance, timelines, and quality.
Maintain records and prepare MIS on contracts, billing, and payments.
Qualification & Skills:
Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or related field (preferred).
Knowledge of civil works, contract terms, and clause drafting.
2-4 years' experience in infra contract management preferred.
Strong MS Office, documentation, and coordination skills.
