Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and in person
Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Assist with order processing, returns, and tracking
Support the customer service team in achieving service goals
Follow company procedures and policies when handling customer requests
