Job Responsibilities

:

Assist in ensuring the company complies with Companies Act, RBI Maintain statutory registers and records (register of members, directors, charges, etc.). Prepare and file statutory forms, returns, and reports with regulatory bodies (e.g., ROC, MCA, RBI) ROC Compliances - all secretarial compliances including preparation of board minutes. Maintenance of statutory registers under the Companies Act, 2013 and online ROC filings as required time to time for all group companies.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Minimum 1+ years proven post-qualification experience with Compliance Handling exposure. Strong exposure in Compliance and Statutory with good communication skills. Employment Type - Full Time, Permanent Qualification : Bcom Cs / CS Foundation Experience : CS Articleship
