Job Title: Semi-Qualified Company Secretary
Reports to: Company Secretary/ Board of Directors
Key Responsibilities:
-Assist in ensuring compliance with Companies Act, SEBI regulations, and other applicable laws
- Support the Company Secretary in managing board meetings, AGM, EGM, and other shareholder meetings
- Maintain statutory registers and records
- Assist in filing necessary forms and returns with regulatory authorities
- Support in advising the Board on governance, compliance, and risk management
- Coordinate with auditors, lawyers, and other stakeholders
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
