Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
Assist in preparing agendas, notices, and minutes for board meetings, AGMs, and committee meetings.
Maintain statutory registers and records (e.g., register of members, directors, and charges).
Help prepare and file statutory returns with regulatory authorities (e.g., ROC, Companies House).
Compliance & Filing:
Monitor changes in relevant legislation and ensure compliance.
Assist in drafting and filing necessary documents (like annual returns, resolutions, forms).
Ensure timely filing of compliance reports with authorities such as SEBI, MCA, or FCA.
Document Management:
Organize and maintain company records and legal documents.
Help in drafting corporate documents such as board resolutions, shareholder communications, etc.
Communication:
Liaise with stakeholders such as directors, auditors, regulatory bodies, and shareholders.
Coordinate internal and external meetings and ensure follow-up on action points.
Corporate Governance Support:
Help implement corporate governance practices and ethics codes.
Maintain records related to shareholding, transfers, and dividends.
