Job Description

The Loan Collection Assistant Manager is responsible for managing the loan recovery process, supervising collection teams, ensuring timely collections, and reducing NPAs while maintaining customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Handle and oversee loan collection activities (field & tele-collections) Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets Manage and guide collection executives and team leaders Follow up on overdue and delinquent loan accounts Ensure compliance with company policies and RBI guidelines Coordinate with legal team for hard bucket / legal cases Prepare collection reports and MIS for management review Resolve customer issues related to repayments professionally
Requirements & Skills

Graduate in any discipline Strong knowledge of loan collection processes Experience in banking, NBFC, or finance collections Good communication and negotiation skills Ability to manage teams and meet targets Willingness to travel for field operations
Preferred Candidate

Experience in personal loans, business loans, or vehicle loans Proven track record in recovery and team handling
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
