Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact for 6-8 hospitality clients.
Understand technical aspects of
SEO, website development, and SMO
.
Coordinate with internal teams for website updates, campaigns, and deliverables.
Review SEO reports, website audits, and social media performance.
Use
AI tools (ChatGPT, Notion AI, Canva AI, etc.)
to improve reporting, captions, and client presentations.
Prepare and present monthly performance decks and growth strategies.
Ensure high client satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities.
Requirements:
2-3 years of experience in
client servicing / digital marketing agency
.
Good understanding of
SEO fundamentals, website structure, and social media marketing
.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Knowledge of
project management tools
(Basecamp, Asana, or Zoho) preferred.
