We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive

Assistant Project Civil Manager

to support the planning, execution, and monitoring of civil construction projects. The role involves coordinating with project teams, contractors, and clients to ensure timely completion, quality compliance, and adherence to budgetary guidelines. The candidate will assist the Project Manager in day-to-day project operations and ensure smooth workflow on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Project Manager in planning, scheduling, and overseeing civil construction projects. Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project milestones are achieved. Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with design, safety, and quality standards. Track project progress, prepare reports, and highlight potential risks or delays. Support in managing project budgets, resource allocation, and procurement processes. Ensure adherence to statutory and regulatory requirements at project sites. Conduct inspections, quality checks, and ensure timely resolution of technical issues. Maintain documentation including drawings, contracts, permits, and reports. Assist in stakeholder communication and client updates on project progress. Support implementation of health, safety, and environmental policies on-site.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering (Master's degree preferred but not mandatory). 7-10years of experience in civil project execution, preferably in infrastructure or construction sector. Strong knowledge of construction processes, drawings, and project management principles. Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera). Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Strong leadership qualities with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders. Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
