We are seeking a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented assistant to support the General Manager (GM) with day-to-day administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will handle confidential information, schedule meetings, manage correspondence, and ensure the GM's day-to-day operations run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the General Manager (GM) in daily operations, scheduling, correspondence, and documentation.
Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting notes for management review.
Maintain records, contracts, and important project documents.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and statutory requirements.
Supervise clerical and support staff as delegated.
Follow up on pending tasks and ensure timely execution.
Qualifications & Requirements
Educational Qualification:
B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering
OR
Diploma in Civil Engineering.
Experience:
2-5 years (for Diploma holders) or 1-3 years (for Civil graduates) in construction/project execution.
Skills Required:
Strong knowledge of civil engineering concepts, drawings, and site execution.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic knowledge of AutoCAD.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
