Job Description

plans, designs, constructs, and maintains public and private infrastructure like water park, buildings, and water systems, ensuring projects meet safety, legal, and environmental standards by conducting site surveys, creating designs with CAD, managing budgets, coordinating teams, and overseeing construction from concept to completion. Key duties include feasibility studies, detailed design, risk assessment, resource management, and compliance, working with stakeholders like architects, contractors, and government bodies.

Manage budgets, resources, and timelines; prepare cost estimates; coordinate with various teams (architects, contractors, clients).

Plan and manage the repair, maintenance, and replacement of existing infrastructure
