We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented

Highway Designer/Quantity Surveyor / Estimator with a background in Civil Engineering and

0-3 years

of hands-on experience in infrastructure projects at the Bhubaneswar Office.

Qualifications:

Degree/Diploma/MTech in Civil Engineering 0-3 years of relevant experience in quantity surveying and estimation Strong understanding of cost estimation, quantity Calculation, rate analysis, and BOQ preparation Proficiency in roadway design software tools (e.g., MX Road, Civil 3D, OpenRoads, etc.)

Key Responsibilities(Quantity Surveyor / Estimator):

Accurately calculate quantities and prepare cost estimates for civil and infrastructure projects. Analyse rates and prepare detailed BOQs in line with project specifications and standards. Collaborate with design and execution teams to ensure cost-effective planning and procurement. Assist in tender documentation and bid preparation Support project budgeting, cost monitoring, and financial reporting throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities(Highway Designer):

Execute design tasks for roadway and civil infrastructure projects, from concept through to final design. Prepare detailed technical specifications and engineering documentation. Guide and support junior engineers, promoting best practices and technical excellence. Coordinate project activities, including planning, resource allocation, scheduling, and quality control. Liaise with subcontractors, internal teams, and support staff to ensure smooth project execution. Maintain strong client relationships and stay informed about upcoming opportunities and potential collaborations
