Supervise and train engineering staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and to company standards.
Conduct regular inspections of the facility to identify maintenance needs and safety hazards.
Implement and oversee preventive maintenance programs for all equipment and systems.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure that all operational needs are met promptly.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, performance metrics, and equipment inventory.
Assist in developing budgets and forecasts for departmental expenditures.
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of experience in engineering or facilities management within the hospitality sector.
Strong knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance.
Proven leadership skills with experience in team management and development.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
