Key ResponsibilitiesFood Preparation & Cooking
Monitor in preparing
all food items on the menu
, including shawarma, grills, sandwiches, snacks, beverages, and sides
Follow
standard recipes, portion controls, and presentation guidelines
Quality & Hygiene
Follow proper food handling practices and
FSSAI-based hygiene guidelines
Ensure
cleanliness, sanitization, and organization
of workstations
Monitor food quality including
taste, freshness, consistency, and temperature
Operational Support
Support and Supervisor during peak hours
Assist in
inventory checks
, portioning, and material rotation
Help with
plating, packaging, and order dispatch
Maintain
low wastage and high kitchen discipline
Requirements
Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in a kitchen
Basic interest or understanding of cooking and food handling
Willing to follow instructions, SOPs, and structured workflow
Ability to work in a
fast-paced, team-oriented kitchen
Good communication and punctuality
