Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Head Chef in day-to-day kitchen operations.
Ensure all food items are prepared in a timely and hygienic manner.
Support menu planning, inventory control, and food cost management.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations and equipment.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hospitality/Hotel Management preferred.
Minimum 2-3 years of housekeeping experience in a resort or luxury hotel.
