The Assistant Central Manager supports daily operations across multiple departments, ensuring smooth workflow, team coordination, and efficient communication between management and staff.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the Central Manager with day-to-day operations
Coordinate schedules, tasks, and resources across teams
Monitor productivity and workflow, proposing improvements as needed
Prepare reports, documentation, and internal communications
Support onboarding and training of new staff
Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, data entry, and recordkeeping
Serve as a point of contact between employees and upper management
Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
1-3 years of administrative, supervisory, or management support experience
Strong communication and organizational skills
Proficiency with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in operations, logistics, or team coordination
Knowledge of industry-specific tools or software
Leadership or project management experience
