Job Description

We are looking for Asst. Center Manager or Senior Counsellor want to promoted with this post with 2+ years of experience in an Educational Institute. Who is well-versed in communication skills and has basic knowledge of Sales and Marketing.

Timings - 10 am to 7 pm / 11 am to 8 pm

Saturday Sunday Compulsory Working

One week off can be taken fixed or rotation in between Tuesday to Friday

Attend Walk-in Students and Explain About Various Courses Follow-up for conversion of inquiries into admission Set sales targets and define a strategy to achieve these targets and follow the set strategy punctually Exceed revenue targets by bringing in business that is in line with the company's goals Assist in planning and implementing special events and activities. Supervises the activities of subordinates. Oversee daily center operations and coordinate center activities. Maintains direct contact with personnel of various outside organizations and university departments associated with center projects. Developing new business & market opportunities. Indoor and outdoor marketing activities involvement Visiting colleges and universities for campus in Mumbai and out Mumbai
Requirements:

Should have good sales skills with experience in Counseling and Centro Management. Focused and possess a sales mindset. Demonstrates high ethical values. Enthusiastic and self-driven. Proficient Written and Oral communication Skills 10+2 or Graduate in any stream Candidates with Education Industry background will be preferred.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹52,000.00 per month
