We are hiring an

Assistant Category Manager - FMCG Retail

to support buying, vendor coordination, pricing, promotions, and category performance across retail stores.

Key Responsibilities:

Support category assortment, SKU mix, and buying activities Coordinate with FMCG vendors for pricing, schemes, and availability Assist in PO processing, rate updates, and promotion execution Track inventory, stock availability, and slow-moving items Prepare category MIS covering sales, margins, and stock health Support merchandising and planogram execution

Requirements:

2-5 years of experience in FMCG retail / category / buying roles Strong Excel and reporting skills Good understanding of FMCG products and retail operations Strong coordination and execution skills
