Education Requirement:

Graduate or Diploma in Hotel Management

Experience:

Experience not mandatory (freshers can apply) Prior experience with

Petpooja billing software

preferred

Skills & Requirements:

Basic computer knowledge required Proficiency in

MS Excel

preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle customer interactions and resolve issues effectively Capable of assisting the Cafe Manager in daily management operations Should be able to

manage the cafe independently

in the manager's absence Must also be able to perform

Senior Captain responsibilities

such as service supervision, floor control, and team coordination

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Cafe Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth workflow Coordinate between service and kitchen teams for timely and accurate order delivery Handle customer queries and ensure high service standards Monitor stock levels, assist in purchase coordination, and maintain records Support billing, cash handling, and basic reporting using Excel and Petpooja Supervise and guide service staff to maintain discipline and quality Oversee cafe operations during the manager's absence
